Proposal to renovate a UNC Greensboro storage building to house the Lloyd International Honors College. The new facility contained classrooms, dorms, cafe, administrative offices, and auditorium. As a group of seven, we envisioned the overall building; as individuals, we each designed one “pod” or dormitory suite. In both the larger facility and the individuals suites, materials, light and color mold the user’s journey through the space.

This project sought to ascertain the impact of museums on the communities in which they exist. The design project required objective input from various local community groups and cultural organizations in order to direct the design of a bicycling museum and community center.
